About the Parliamentary Workplace Support Service

The Parliamentary Workplace Support Service (PWSS) is an independent and confidential support and complaint service for current or former Members of Parliament (Staff) 1984 (MoP(S)) Act staff and parliamentarians who have been affected by a serious incident during parliamentary employment. The PWSS is established as a function of the Parliamentary Service Commissioner under the Parliamentary Service Act 1999 (Cth) and is independent of Executive Government, employing parliamentarians and political parties.
